Jennifer Lawrence, Owner

Jennifer’s background includes nearly 20 years in human resources in both small and large organizations, in various industries to include telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, legal services, broadcast media and newspaper. Her broad HR experience and network in our community allows her to be a trusted and knowledgeable partner to area businesses. Jennifer is a member of national SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), EIHRA (Eastern Iowa Human Resource Association) and ISHRA (Iowa Senior Human Resource Association). She is also co-chair of the 2016 Employer’s Council of Iowa for region ten and is an active community volunteer.

Jennifer graduated from Mt. Mercy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.  She has also earned PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Andrea Wagner, Senior Consultant, Career Transition

Andrea serves many organizations with a full range of high-touch career transition services. In her role, Andrea brings over 20 years of experience assisting individuals from all walks of life with job and career changes. Her clients have included C level executives, engineers, managers and supervisors, as well as hourly staff.

Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from The University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell College.  She has two Career Partners International certifications:  Career Consultant Certification and New Horizons Retirement Options Certifications.

Ellen Teller, Consultant, Career Transition

Ellen has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working with a variety of businesses in the Corridor. She has a broad background and has worked with many industries including aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, finance, insurance, and the non-profit sector. Ellen has vast experience in recruiting, training and development, and career coaching.

Ellen graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communications.
